Spray the hinges after you wipe them clean with a cotton or microfiber cloth. An excellent home way to lubricate the door is to use the lead of a soft pencil. Hopefully the squeak is gone. Work the hinge by opening and closing the door over its full travel to spread the grease and then wipe off the excess.
