Mark the wall near the center of the top edge with a pencil or painter s tape. Like all mirrors in the house you should hang it at eye level. Hang your dining room mirror on the wall nearest to your table to give the room a brighter more open look and feel. Make sure you have enough space on the wall for the mirror and otherwise decide how you want it positioned relative to other items on the wall and in the room.

To use drill a pilot hole then tap the entire bolt sleeve and screw into the hole until flush against the wall. Set the mirror down. Place a scrap piece of wood that is approximately half as long as the mirror is wide underneath the hanging wire on back of the frame. Find a place to hang the mirror.

Hold the mirror against the wall at the desired position. Hold your mirror up to the wall to see how much space it will take up. Mark the location of the top edge and the center of the frame. For a rough idea count on hanging your mirror approximately 57 to 65 inches off the floor.

Tighten the bolt into the wall to expand the anchor.
