Release the tension on side mounted extension springs by lifting the door and locking it in place on each side with a pair of locking pliers. Use a lock assembly kit to mount the new lock on the inside of the door. Tie the extension spring to the roller track then detach the cable from the bottom bracket with a pair of pliers.

Grab the pin with a pair of pliers to remove the pin from the shaft. Can be connected to a standard locking handle.
