I was able to do this without any drilling into the tailer by utilizing th. Strips of led lights white and color changing awning lights. Next we re going to mount the second led light bar to the first. The best way to fit the led strip light onto the av awning is to use either super glue double sided tape or if the lights have been purchased with drilling holes drilling these onto the metal in the awning.

Cover the exposed wires at the end of the light strip with shrink wrap. As extra precaution you could put painters tape over drill location before drilling. Use new sharp bit and drill with modest pressure. If possible drill hole right at end of light strip and no wire will show.

Measure numerous spots below awning track so lights are in a straight line. Everything is now good. Connect and tighten the connectors over here and as i ve said before the awning arm is already prepped and cleaned to insure proper adhesion. Remove the cover to the two sided tape and center the led on the awning arm.

Just measure your awning cut and mount your lights wire them in and you can start enjoying your newly lit outdoor living space.
