Cut out a 3 4 in.
To install vertical metal siding start by applying horizontal furring strips and sheathing to the surface you re working on if it s uneven.
Vinyl siding always looks terrible on houses with crooked roofs or windows.
Select a premium acrylic latex caulk 3 plus per tube that says paintable on the label.
The best solution is to simply fill any gaps with caulk.
Notch in the back of each end and install.
Miter bottom side j to give a false mitered appearance when installed.
Install the siding panel making sure the lugs from the snap lock punch lock into the utility trim.
Install bottom j channel to extend past side casing the width of the j face on each end.
If you have to cut the last row of siding you ll.

Snip a hole in the spout no larger than 1 8 in.
