The flange command initializes with edge select mode active and you are prompted to. The flange previews along the edge selected using the default parameters. Create a flange and define its width as an offset. On the ribbon click sheet metal tab create panel contour flange.

The sheet metal flange feature consists of a face and bend connected to an existing face along a straight age. Although you can typically select multiple edges when creating a flange using offset width you must only select a single edge. You can select each flange glyph and change how much offset you have on each one. When creating a flange of an offset width you select only a single edge.

If there are two or more solid bodies in the part file click the solids selector to choose the participating solid body. On the ribbon click sheet metal tab create panel flange. Create a 2d open profile sketch. Here is the end result one flange has a 1 offset and the other has a 1 1 2 offset.

Create a contour flange. The edge select mode is active. Select whether it will be a width offset or from to flange in this example i am using the offset flange. Create sheet metal flange with offset width on the ribbon click sheet metal tab create panel flange.
